Privacy policy.

What this site collects

If you fill in the estimate form, we receive the name, phone number, email address, job address and details you type into it. That information is used to contact you about your enquiry and to quote the work. Nothing else.

Who sees your details

Hazy River Earthworks LLC, and the software used to receive and store enquiries. Your details are not sold, rented or passed to anyone for marketing. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messages

If we text you about your enquiry, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

How long it is kept

Enquiry details are kept as long as needed to quote and carry out work, and to keep normal business records afterwards.

Your choices

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Call the number on this site and it will be handled.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies. Essential cookies and browser storage keep the forms and pages working and remember your cookie choice. The live chat window is provided by a third party (LeadConnector) and sets its own cookies; it only loads if you allow chat. Change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Services that help run this site

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver pages and block abuse. Estimate form details are passed to the customer management system used to follow up on enquiries (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy.

Security

The whole site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and form submissions travel encrypted. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so please do not put sensitive financial details in the form.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging work on property. It is not aimed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version is posted on this page with a new date at the top.
